The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Assistant to join a highly competent team of payroll specialists who are currently processing two weekly payrolls in excess of 700 employees combined. The role As part of the team, you will provide support and assist with the maintenance of all Payroll functions and handling administration tasks as required.  This role has the potential to progress within the payroll team, as the company continues to grow. Your duties and responsibilities will be Assisting with processing company expenses Via online portal Monthly expenses reporting. Supporting the payroll team with weekly admin. Organising and distributing payroll queries to the relevant person. Responding to general admin queries/ Assisting with weekly sick pay reporting and processing. Collating payroll information for the payroll team. First point of contact for incoming calls within the payroll team. Supporting the payroll team with any payroll admin.You will have the following skills and experience Good Knowledge of MS Excel/Word/Outlook and Sage50 Payroll would be an advantage. The right candidate will need to be able to provide support for the whole payroll team where needed as well as working directly with the payroll manager. Hard-working with good attention to detail and organisational skills.
