Training & Development coordinator - Teaching Recruitment

T&D Coordinator Prospero Group is a recruitment agency working across the Teaching and Health and Social care sectors. We have been working in the industry for over 20 years providing the best service to both candidates and clients. Our Training and Development team play a crucial role in company, offering CPD, qualifications and individualised support to our candidates. With the expansion of Prospero Learning, we are looking to hire a motivated person to join the team. Key Responsibilities Creating online courses for Prospero Learning, Including: Writing courses Editing courses Supporting with the design of the courses Mentoring learners through Teaching Assistant qualifications and marking assessments. Delivering live CPD sessions to candidates. Supporting Prospero Teaching candidates with interview preparation.Day to Day Role Creating and developing new courses in line with company need. Delivery of CPD for Prospero Teaching candidates. Supporting Prospero Teaching candidates within their education roles. Supporting learners completing the qualifications. RAG ratings and identifying/mitigating learner risk factors. Marking and submitting candidate assessments and supporting external auditors to maintain Prospero's Awarding Organisation status.Skills and Experience Qualified teacher status with 2+ years' experience within the classroom. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Confident with IT including Office 365. Eager to learn and develop within the role
