This is a leading full service event production agency working on events both nationally and internationally, they're renown for offering high tier technical solutions and overall event production packages to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences. Always one to be up to date with industry trends they've invested into their LED Panel department and are looking for a skilled technician to work in house and help them to make their mark in this new and exciting AV offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Setup: Assemble and install LED panels, ensuring seamless integration with other AV equipment.
• Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure all equipment is in top condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with event producers, designers, and other technicians to deliver a cohesive visual experience.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest LED technology trends and suggest improvements to enhance our offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Experience with LED panels and video wall technology, including maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solver: Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues under pressure.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality visual displays.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with various LED panel brands and models.
• Knowledge of video processors, signal flow, and networking.
