As a Technical Recruiter at CEI, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our company and clients’ technology needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and devise effective recruiting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening: Leverage various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified IT professionals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they remain engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process. Strive to provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Facilitate and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers on salary negotiations and extend job offers. Ensure a smooth transition from candidate acceptance to onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent pools, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Staff Augmentation IT Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Expertise in recruiting in a specific IT vertical (Applications or Infrastructure)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Experience with Bullhorn is a plus)
