Headhunting candidates to ensure that we have a strong pipeline of candidates coming into the business at all times. ? Advertising and marketing all live vacancies using social media and other channels ? Act as "Brand Ambassador" for the business ? Pre-screen candidates and telephone interviews to ensure appropriate fit. ? Work with internal Managers and Leadership Team to ascertain skill sets and key hires for the business ? Support candidates throughout their interview process and ensure prompt and accurate feedback is given ? Issue offer letters combined with HR ? Gather all compliance information, such as right to work, passport, utility bills etc ? Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required. ? Managing the onboarding process Your experience: ? 2+ Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, Recruiter or similar role preferably within retail or hospitality ? Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing ? Familiarity with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems ? Experience interviewing candidates and organizing skills assessment centres ?
