Red Recruitment is recruiting a Group Recruiter based in Chester to join our client, the UK's leading provider of specialist vehicles. The successful individual will be passionate about recruitment and be able to communicate to a variety of people. The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum. Benefits and Package for a Group Recruiter: Salary: £24,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, full-time Contract Type: Permanent Location: Chester Chester Zoo discounts Westfield health plan Retail cashback scheme Smart/casual dress code Service reward scheme Cycle to work Scheme Free on-site parking 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays Your Birthday offKey Responsibilities of a Group Recruiter: Being responsible for the recruitment and administration across all companies within the group Being the direct point of contact for all queries with respect of recruitment and talent acquisition Maintaining and minimising recruitment agency spending in line with company budgets Ensuring all candidates are tracked and uploaded to the ATS Creating, updating and issuing out relevant job descriptions Producing weekly recruitment reports detailing performance, statistics and measuresKey Skills and Experience of a Group Recruiter: You should be passionate about great recruitment Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills are required You ideally will be used to working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers and priorities Being able to multi-task and respond to candidates in a timely manner is essential Being IT proficient is preferred as you will be using a range of softwareIf you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
