A position has become available to join a very well-respected software as a service provider with a family feel based in Milton Keynes.
Our client is a leader in the health & safety software sector, and they're looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Administration duties
Setting up new accounts
Building relationships with existing and new clients
Advising the different services available
Responding to enquiries within the stated SLA
