Temporary Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Retail Technology Project Assistant, to cover a 3 month temporary position. As a member of the Retail team you will be coordinating retail technology projects, including the supply, delivery and installation of digital equipment to Franchisees across Europe. Working closely with the Operations teams you will deliver an excellent service to the Franchisees and will also be responsible for providing accurate performance data. No "Tech" experience is required for this role, but excellent Project Management skills are essential. Skills Required: * Excellent Project Management skills * Customer Orientated * Strong communication skills (Verbal & written) * Efficient handling of Customer escalations * Problem Resolution with root cause analysis * Excellent Customer Service skills * Improvement of processes * Stakeholder Management Benefits: * Salary - £16.00 -£18.00 * Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
