pastry chef de partie required for a busy kitchen in Bury St Edmunds area, salary depending on expeirence £30-35k. This kitchen is busy all day, they cook eveything fresh and has a great standard. They make all the pastry inhouse including afternoon teas and they also make some bread as well.
