About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you’ll oversee a £150 million project involving student accommodation and mixed-use retail spaces. Your role will involve: * Managing project costs, budgets, and financial reports * Leading procurement and contract negotiations * Collaborating with design and construction teams * Ensuring project delivery within agreed timelines and budget * Providing strategic advice to clients and stakeholders * Conducting risk assessments and managing project risks * Mentoring junior staff and promoting best practices * Chairing site meetings and reporting on project progress About You: The ideal candidate will have: * Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, preferably in large-scale projects * Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver on time * A proactive, solution-oriented approach If you’re ready to take on a challenging role with significant responsibility, we want to hear from you
