Recruitment Administrator West Edinburgh based | Hybrid working available (3 days in office & 2 at home) Full Time role | 9:00am to 5:00pm | Monday to Friday 2 month Temp contract | potential for the role to be extended Pay rate up to £14.00 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience) ASAP start Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a leading Edinburgh-based Education establishment to recruit this role. The role will initially be offered on a 2 month temporary basis, although there's potential for the role to be extended beyond this. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the recruitment team. Duties involved in this role will include: * Assisting with administration across the company's recruitment process * Management of the recruitment email inbox * Carrying out pre-employment screening including RTW and referencing * On-boarding of new starts including casual workers * Assisting with the arranging of candidate interviews * Various ad hoc general administration & specific HR & Recruitment-related administration when required/directed In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include: * Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration role or an HR Admin role with exposure to Recruitment - this experience is essential * Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively * Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels If this is the role for you, apply now!
