We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. As a Reception Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners, ensuring they receive the best start to their academic careers. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and prepare engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of Reception students. * Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering holistic development across all areas of learning. * Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication channels to support the well-being and progress of each child. * Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities. * Assess student progress through observation, informal assessments, and record-keeping, providing constructive feedback to support continuous growth. * Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience and promote a cohesive school community. * Stay abreast of current educational trends, methodologies, and best practices to inform instructional planning and professional development. Qualifications and Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. * Experience working with early years or Reception-aged children, preferably within a primary school setting. * Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and the ability to effectively implement it in classroom practice. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum objectives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues. * A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children. * Flexibility, creativity, and adaptability in responding to the evolving needs of students and the school community
