Your Role Includes:- Welcoming new service users and ensuring their care needs are met with personalized assessments.
- Performing regular client reviews and risk assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
- Serving as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication with the office team.
- Mentoring and supervising field staff, conducting spot checks to ensure top-tier care delivery.
- Maintaining and upholding the company’s high standards and values.
What You Bring:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- At least 2 years of experience in health and social care.
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
- A proactive approach and passion for improving care quality.
- IT literacy and a willingness to contribute to on-call and backup services.
