Site Inspection Specialist

Brief Outline Our client is a leading manufacturer in specialised passive fire protection products, seeking a Passive Fire Protection Site Specialist to oversee sites in the North West and Midlands region. About our Client Our client has been established for over 25 years in the passive fire protection industry, supplying technical knowledge on About the Role Key responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to: Inspect sites to ensure compliance with specifications and installation requirements, including taking measurements, photographs, and data capture, followed by detailed site reports. Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, designers, building control, fire engineers, and end clients. Provide toolbox talks to demonstrate installation methods for passive fire protection on live projects, particularly within external wall cladding systems. Support cross-functional teams in new product introductions and product development. Assist the commercial team (sales/specification) by providing informed advice on products. About the Candidate  The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license, willing to travel as required for the role. Strong organizational skills. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex information. Technically proficient with commercial awareness. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of impressing and influencing clients. Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction. Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. experience overseeing fire protection projects across various sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of different construction methods. In-depth technical knowledge of passive fire products, including cavity barriers and intumescent materials.And be in possession of the following: Solid working knowledge of Approved Document B (Fire Safety).
