Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant

Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central End User who has an office in Worcestershire. They are looking for a NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant with strong experience in 1st to 3rd line support within NAV and D365 Business Central.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £50K depending on experience + benefits + opportunities for progression + training

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for NAV/D365 Business Central
  • Support with hardware and software solutions
  • Deliver good customer service
  • Communicate well in a help desk environment

Experience:

  • Must have experience with NAV and D365 Business Central
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with NAV/D365 Business Central
  • Experience delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package of up to £50,000, depending on experience + Benefits + Remote working

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has an office in Kidderminster.

This is a onsite opportunity- 5 days a week in office.
