About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Team Member to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production performance.
- Conduct regular housekeeping audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a strong safety culture within the team.
Requirements
- Strong safety awareness and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English, and a HNC/HND in an Engineering discipline.
