Senior Site Manager

I am seeking to find an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on a complex large scale commercial building based in North London. Currently in the groundwork stages, the project will require expertise in overseeing the externals and internal fit out of the project to take it to completion. This is a 9-month opportunity with potential for continued work on future projects. About the Role of Senior Site Manager The Senior Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the project from start to completion, meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress, setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff. As a Senior Site Manager you will be reporting to a Project Manager and will have Site Managers reporting to you. Requirements for Senior Site Manager To be applicable for this role you must hold a valid SMSTS and CSCS card.
