Qualifications and Requirements: • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in ICT/Computer Science • Demonstrable experience or a strong understanding of ICT/Computer Science curriculum • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to inspire and engage... • Excellent command of computing skills and the ability to demonstrate these across the age and ability range • Excellent classroom management skills • Ability to enthuse and motivate students • Understanding of Computing National Curriculum • Appropriate teaching and learning methodologies Ideal Candidate: •Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification with a specialism in computer science or related field. •Strong subject knowledge across various scientific and IT topics and concepts. •Previous experience teaching computer science at the secondary level. Salary And Benefits •Competitive salary ranging from £34,514 to £51,179 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. •Supportive and collaborative working environment within an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school. •Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
