Dynamite Recruitment is supporting a really unique business who are based in Portsmouth. Due to a busy period, we are looking to recruit customer service executives to start immediately   Salary: £12.00 - £12.25 P/H Hours : Monday to Friday 9AM - 5.30PM Location: Office based role and is based in Portsmouth Duration: This will be for at least 6 weeks and could go on to become long term. With a possibility of becoming permanent for those who wish to consider it. Please note, you must be able to start on the 17th September.    As a Customer Service Executive, you will: Receive calls and assist customers with their enquiries ask a series of questions to be able to register and set up claims.  To complete various telephone work. To take accurate information and process this onto the database. Complete general ad hoc administrative duties.  The ideal customer service advisor will have/be: Previous experience of telephone-based customer services is preferred. Good communication skills. Good administration skills and experience. Be available to start asap and to be able to commit to at least 6 weeks.
