We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our catering team at our client site in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results
• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and customers
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a kitchen team and leading culinary operations
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food production techniques
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
