Process Safety Manager

Principal People are delighted to be working in collaboration with an ambitious organisation seeking a Process Safety Manager who will oversee and work on a number of COMAH and high hazard sites. The successful Process Safety Manager will provide advice and support on diverse process safety matters across the company operations. This autonomous position will work from home as well as key sites located in Aberdeen and Inverness, but will also visit other sites Nationally on an occasional basis. The Process Safety Manager will be responsible for: Working closely with a range of stakeholders and provide advice and guidance to senior leaders and operational teams Supervise Process Safety Risk Management Advise on an array of process safety operations and recommend solutions Manage COMAH Intervention plans Identify, assess and lead in the management of the HSE risks through the application of the Hazards and Effects Management process (HEMP) Assist in the development of continuous improvements The ideal candidate will possess: Experience and exposure of COMAH sites and a Process Safety background Our client is open to all industries Remuneration and Benefits £55,000 - £65,000 Company car (electric and hybrid options) or Car allowance (circa £8k per year) Up to 15% bonus based on company and personal performance 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays – option to purchase additional days Private pension scheme Support and funding for qualifications and memberships plus more!
