Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task. Foster a positive learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour effectively. Collaborate with school staff.Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting. Flexibility to adapt to different school environments. SEND Experience an advantage but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
