My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a pre-cast concrete frame project consisting of apartments and housing. Duties and responsibilities to include: Measure and estimate accurately and efficiently Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans. Control cost and maximise value Mitigate risk using correct contractual procedures Produce accurate monthly valuations on time Access, value, and process labour and subcontractor payments, resolving any disputes promptly Manage workforce and client for the project Achieve best cashflow and variance analysis Produce Monthly CVR's Report on opportunities, risk, and performance of the projectApply: If you're interested in this opportunity, then please get in touch today with our Commercial Specialist Mark Harris, or apply with your CV.
