Monarch Education are representing a school who require a Secondary Teacher to start in September. The role is suitable for ECT or an experienced Teacher looking for a change or step up. The current head of department is keen to find somebody aspiring to take on more responsibility and support with the leadership of the department.
This is a Secondary School based in Corby. The school has excellent facilities, great transport links and an on-site secure car park.
Qualifications/Experience:
ECT are welcome to apply
British trained teachers and Overseas trained teachers who have eligibility to work in the UK will be considered
QTS and QTLS applicants only
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social development.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs and interests of each child.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to deliver high-quality instruction.Requirements:
Engaging and encouraging learners to use their language skills
Monitoring students' playtime and physical activities
Documenting student development and progress to share with parents
Encouraging creativity in pupils by organising art and craft projects daily
