P-Way Technician

Our client, a key player in the rail industry, is seeking experienced P-Way Technicians for a long-term contract role based in Kent. This position involves routine inspections and maintenance of permanent way infrastructure, ensuring the safety and functionality of the rail network. The role offers mid-week days with possible weekend overtime, providing a stable and challenging work environment. Key Responsibilities: Conducting routine inspections and maintenance activities on permanent way infrastructure Identifying and checking faults and hazards Collaborating with team members to rectify issues Ensuring all paperwork is completed and records are maintained accurately Following all Health and Safety procedures Job Requirements: Experience in P-Way maintenance Strong knowledge of maintenance equipment and techniques Current PTS/Sentinel ticket COSS competence preferred Competency in TR06 Track Inspection, TR07 053 detailed switch inspection, and TR07 054 detailed crossing inspection UK Driving Licence If you are a skilled P-Way Technician looking for a new opportunity, our client would like to hear from you.
