Role:

Are you an experienced new business hunter, with a background in selling HCM solutions across the UK? With a great presence in the UK, our client is now looking to continue their growth by bringing on board a real go-getter, who can hit the ground running by influencing decision makers and generating revenue from new logo’s. Our client resells the Workday platform, along with training, support, services and consulting. The ideal candidate would have experience selling or using Workday, or a similar HR Management/HCM solution into a wide pool of customers. The prospects will be a combination of both existing Workday users and new clients (1000+ employee companies). We are seeking a candidate with excellent levels of motivation who is very capable of influencing senior stakeholders and possesses a proven track record of high win-ratio. There is a dedicated account management team already in place, so any accounts won are handed over to allow you to focus on new business. You will not be limited by geography or vertical. This is an exciting role that represents the chance for the right candidate to really make a difference and impact within this growing business and progress their career with an experienced team above them. Candidate Skills Required:

- Solid track record of New Business wins

- Experience selling HCM/Workday – or a similar platform/solution

- Ability to work remotely with a strong drive to earn and close deals
