Web3 Core Developer

I am looking for an experienced Software Engineer that is well versed in the Blockchain for a well funded start-up within the web3 space.
They are developing high-performance, low-latency infrastructure for real-time domain intelligence, enabling inventory pricing and execution bundle simulations. This helps optimize inventory utilization across strategies within each time block.
They are currently expanding their team to tackle several greenfield projects and are looking for developers skilled in building low-latency, highly parallel systems.
You're a great fit if you:

• Love building with high energy (bonus points for showing hackathon projects)
• Enjoy solving complex technical challenges and developing optimized infrastructure
• Have a solid understanding of web3 and DeFi (bonus if you're familiar with MEV)
• Communicate technical concepts clearly in English
• Prefer working remotely in a flexible environment
• Reside in European time zones (UTC - UTC+4)
• Can travel within Europe for team events

Essential

• Expertise in building low-latency, highly parallelized services using Rust or C++ on Linux
• Experience with highly scalable systems that handle large data and traffic volumes while maintaining low latency
• Familiarity with orderbook data and concepts related to centralized exchanges
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for service deployment
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, observable projects

Nice to have

• Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals and EVM mechanics
• Experience with web3, DeFi, and smart contract development
• Familiarity with Python for web services or scripting tasks
