Houghton Regis – hybrid working, 3 days in the office
Your typical day will consist of cost managing works using NHF schedule of rates and preparing commercial reports to assist the Investment, Voids and Repairs & Maintenance Operations in the effective delivery of a high-quality customer focused service. You’ll be carrying out cost control tasks within our repairs IT system whilst managing and maintaining excellent quality standards of commercial completions.
You’ll be organised and able to work efficiently with a particular focus on cost managing all works orders using NHF schedule of rates whilst considering operative, supply chain and material costs whilst capturing all values associated with the order. You’ll also have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and be able to manipulate data to produce commercial reports and present back to the business.
You’re a people person who likes to get things done. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with other teams and you’re first rate at building meaningful relationships across the business to enable you to find creative solutions to issues.
You’ll need to be in the office for 3 days per week and the remaining time you’ll be able to work remotely.
Your role covers all aspects of Cost Value Reconciliation and True Job Costing everything from applying schedule of rates codes to large volumes of works orders to preparation and timely submission and agreement of interim valuations, payment and reports.
