Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Position: Quantity Surveyor (Assistant / Intermediate Level) Location: East London (Near Elizabeth Line Station) Salary: c. £40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus + WFH 1 day/week + Flexi Hours + Progression + Full Benefits Package Company: £250 Million Turnover Main Contractor Company Overview: * A leading Main Contractor with a £250 million turnover. * Specialises in large-scale RC frame residential projects across London. * Known for a strong pipeline of work and commitment to employee development. * Offers a friendly, collaborative working environment with excellent career progression opportunities. Role Overview: * Position based in East London, near an Elizabeth Line station. * Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on-site. * Supporting the SQS in managing procurement and overseeing trades. * Involvement in closing out a major residential project, managing a dozen or so trades on-site. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the day-to-day commercial management of the project. * Manage procurement for all internal trades. * Support in closing out trades to meet project deadlines and budget. * Contribute to cost reporting, valuations, and variation management.
