Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young adults with SEND. A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications or training in SEND education is desirable.
