Family Solicitor

Role: Family Solicitor/Paralegal Location: Stafford Salary: DOE We at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well renowned regional law firm who are looking to expand their family department This presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned solicitor to deepen their understanding of family law and further develop their career. The family law team offers a wide range of legal counsel to clients, addressing various services such as divorce and separation, dissolving civil partnerships, child custody matters, relationship agreements, declarations of trust/property ownership agreements, separation agreements, injunctions, collaborative law, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. This is a full-time position where you will work closely with their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will manage high-profile cases both in the office and in court. About You To qualify for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience as a Qualified Solicitor, Trainee Solicitor, or Paralegal in Family Law. A strong work ethic and a genuine passion for law are essential. Having a driver's license would be advantageous.
