Key Responsibilities/Skills: * Oversee and grow team performance across the service side of the business * Work to KPI’s in relation to the department and budgets * Undertake financial and budgetary requirements of the role * Ensure manufacturer, and dealership standards are met in relation to customer service and satisfaction For your hard work you will be rewarded with: * Great starting salary * Manufacturer training * A close, family-run working environment * Weekends only when required You must possess previous experience leading a busy Franchised Department alongside a customer-centric ethos, looking after new and return customers.
